LMDV - Large scale Multi-Dimensional Visualization group Welcome! LMDV is a research group at UNC Charlotte. Our research focus is to develop large-scale multi-dimensional visualization techniques. However, the data we explore is beyond multi-dimensional data. For example, we also apply multidimensional visualization techniques to explore large graphs, image collections, and online news. We generate public domain multi-dimensional visual exploration software that is free for research and educational purposes. LMDV has been supported by several NSF projects, the Southeast Regional Visual Analytics Center (SRVAC) , the VACCINE project, and the DHS international program.
